Now that summer has “officially” begun – at least for me – I feel compelled to take a moment and look back on Spring 2017. I would describe it as a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. Let me say, that mid-life crisis thing is REAL! One thing that is contributing to some of the emotional ups and downs is that we are house-hunting which, in my limited experience, seems to bring out both the best and worst, the most positive and negative outlook on life. Finally, the LAST chapter of our Thailand/Cambodia trip. It’s only taken me two months – yikes! Anyhoo, getting down to business here:

I’ll finish writing about Thailand soon – promise! But it’s quite fun to revisit photos and relive, through these images, some aspects of the trip, even 2 months after the fact. From Chiang Mai, we took a bus to Chiang Rai. It’s not too far of a trip – just a few hours (2-3), and the Green Bus is a good operation. You do need to make a reservation at least a day before (better if you can make the reservation a few days before) and choose the class that you want and also the seat.
